It is essential that "Data Roaming" is enabled in order to use any eSIM.
You can turn "On" and "Off" your Data Roaming in your settings.
Turning on your Data Roaming will allow any eSIM to work with your device.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go into Settings.
2. Click on "Mobile Network".
3. Tap "Mobile Data".
4. Scroll down until you see the toggle for "Data Roaming".
Make sure this is enabled in order for the eSIM to work.
If the toggle is "Blue" as shown in the second photo, then Data Roaming is enabled.
If the toggle is "White" as shown in the first photo, be sure to click it so it turns blue.
